• Work with Foundry support team/Celsius PE team on related projects
• Work with R&D team to make product development plan on Voltus 3DIC IR analysis solutions.
• Support customers on Voltus 3DIC IR analysis solutions.
• Support beta programs, competitive benchmarks and critical customer issues

• With Mater of Science(EE, CSIE, Physics) -or- 2+ years industry experience with a Bachelor of Science
• With the attitude “can do”
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Optional
• Understanding of die level IR drop analyses topic is plus.
• Experience with EDA tools in digital field is plus.
• Knowledge & industry experience in thermal analysis, 3DICs is plus.
