General Summary

Responsibilities for this position involves working closely with Design, SW, Quality, Ops/ Sales, and project core team and with experience in Digital product functionality/ validation, understanding test HW and SW use-cases, ATE/ System characterization, device performance over process and operating conditions, and cost-effective production test solutions release into mass production with respective ATE Test Engineer. Job scope also includes using Data Analytics software to perform analysis for test time and yield optimization. The individuals selected for the positions will need to be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics is a must.
• Understanding of VLSI technologies, familiarity with Digital Baseband products and qualifications procedures is a plus.
• Experience with data analytic tools such as O+, Data Power, Excensio is a must. Experience with ATE test platforms will be good advantage.
• Ability to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc) is a plus.
• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
