We’re looking for a Product Content Designer to join our team to help build Arc and Codementor! As part of the product team, you’ll work closely with product designers, engineers, and product managers to write engaging and effective product content. You will be writing content primarily in English.This is a full-time, remote role. You’re welcome to work from our physical office in Taipei or from anywhere within a 4 hour timezone difference.Things you might do

• Write effective copy for our product, emails, documentation, and more
• Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone for our products
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the product development process
• Help improve and implement processes for UX writing and content design
• Use data and research to inform and validate your work

What you should have

• 4+ years of related experience in UX writing, content design, or technical writing
• Excellent English writing skills and the ability to craft clear, precise language
• Strong attention to detail
• Native spoken and written English with perfect spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Advanced spoken and written Mandarin Chinese - our product team is mainly based in Taiwan
• Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions

Bonus points if you have

• Experience working at a fast-paced software startup and cross-cultural team
• Experience using design processes to improve or validate your work
• Experience with qualitative user research
• Experience using Figma, Sketch, or other design tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
