【Purpose】

Manages all purchasing activities and establishes strategic purchasing processes and procedures. Maintains relationship with vendors or suppliers and negotiates contracts for major purchases. Evaluates and analyzes purchasing trend and price trend to identify forecasting demand and minimize purchasing costs.

【Qualifications】

• At least 5 years of international procurement/purchasing experience
• Fluent in English
• Ambitious to perform leadership and pursue managerial role
• Persuasive communications and change management skills
• Ability to network and develop relationships with business partners
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated problem solving techniques and ability to participate and work well within a team environment are a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills
