• Manage process equipment / system installation with supervisor, mainly electrical / Process automation & control/ Data communication area.
• Improvement of the running systems.
• Implementation of new projects (from specification phase).
• Change management.
• Second level support for production systems.
• Manage the Engineering Network.

CAPEX PROJECT PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION

• CapEx project planning according to company strategy
• Plan cigarette manufacturing process & machine/system improvement projects in the factory
• System specification development & review

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT

• Develop cigarette manufacturing equipment & machine maintenance program for field of Automation
• Plan cigarette manufacturing equipment & machine maintenance project for field of Automation together with factory production engineer

EHS

• Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe.
• Ensure compliance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well as the cooperation on the continuous improvement process.
• Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor and carry out any measures to eliminate them.

Other

• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required

• Bachelor or master’s degree of Engineering (Electrical or Information technology)
• Professional project engineer experience advantage with field of Process Automation & control.
• (Server configuration with PLC, other system, Data acquisition from field)
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• PC literacy MS Office *preferably Auto CAD
• PLC SCADA/WINCC/Tia Portal/SCALANCE/SIMATIC
• Network CenterPort/mGuard/CISCO
• System MES/MOM/SQL
