Summary

Apple is looking for a Process Engineer for Photo Lithography development. They should develop the process following up with the request and further capable to fine tune the process for better product performance. Meanwhile, also proceed R&D works together with Cupertino team.


Key Qualifications

Required basic knowledge of display (TFT-LCD, OLED etc.) concept and manufacturing;

Experienced with Photolithography process and equipment handling;

Experienced with color resist and photosensitive organic material with nano-particle filler;

Should have survey and evaluation experience for production line;

Experienced with fab running mode and design rule definition;

Good English written and verbal communication skills;

Self-motivated and willing to take challenge to new technology.


Description

In this position you will need to survey organic material for product request and tune process flow to fulfill the production condition.
- Work closely with the Apple HQ Team in California and Apple industrial partners worldwide to develop the new panel device that enable the best display performance of products.

- Organic material evaluation and come out the criteria.

- Trouble-shooting between RD-level and production-level application.

- Photo process fine tune for new product development and mass production.


Education & Experience

Normally requires MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Industry, Material Science or Optics, better to have photo lithography process experience in panel factory or foundry.
