About The Job

As the Operations Program Manager, you will be the cornerstone of operations communication with cross-functional teams in the development of new products. You will direct a team on complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects to ensure products are designed and built to Google standards. You will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating those risks to project stakeholders.

You will explain your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives, and discuss the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. You will work to solve problems that hinder production line operations.
