This position is responsible for executing function which involve coordinating the data entries with all warehousing and consolidate the data for reporting for KPI validating with customer. To work with operation staff, account team & others function stakeholder with our warehouse management to deliver high quality service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be confident liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

Be a partner with our key account management team to consolidate the data of insight for demanding into one consensus to fulfil our business forecast needed, to establish a good working relationship with internal & external then follow up with operation, account team and finance team to ensure that requirements/issues have been resolved.

Provide support the required and any other assigned tasks by the Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Balance & manage & influence stakeholders and result driven with internal

stakeholder to make sure the progress.

2. Structured, well-organized person and able to work with cross function team

3. Perform progress tracking and reporting of risks and mitigation plans and

communicate progress.

4. Basic data analytic competency is required (MS excel, pivot analysis) to generate

the reporting with different levels, both internal and external
