System (Operation) Analyst

Position

Purpose

• Participate global S/4HANA implementation project. (Night meeting is required for the first 6 months from 14:00 to 23:00)

• Lead/participate the implementation of global/regional/local projects and assignments.
• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design and deliver high quality solutions.
• Work with knowledgeable people to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement system/process developments for new capabilities and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring all system and process changes are fully documented, tested and authorized prior to release.
• Provide ongoing support : including systems support, training, routine/ad hoc business tasks/requirements.
  

Experience

Required

• 3 years experience in the following areas:

• SAP expert in any of the SD/MM/PP related fields.
• Familiar with FMCG business processes.
• Project management skills/experiences.
  

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, good presentation skills and being able to host English conference call.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player.
• Bachelor’s degree or above. IT related or Supply Chain, MBA.
• Excellent in Excel, Familiar with PowerPoint, Word.
