USI is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Recruiter. The candidates have proven track records of talent acquisition and employer branding promotion.

【Job Description】

  • Using a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Yourator, etc.) and strategies to build a network to quickly and effectively fulfill positions.
  • Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
  • Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baselines as well as skills to be successful in the USI environment.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs.
  • Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
  • Promoting USI’s employer branding on campus.
【Qualifications】

  • Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruiting experience preferably in the ICT industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong competitive market awareness.
  • Ability to build a robust network of top talents by gaining market intelligence will be preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience developing reports using Power BI is a plus
Must work onsite for the first month and can apply for WFH depending on familiarity with the business

  • 至少兩年的招募經驗 (於ICT相關產業佳)
  • 具優異的人才搜尋與評估技巧
  • 能夠與招募團隊及用人單位合作,幫助強化整體人才的搜尋與評估
  • 出色的溝通能力以及能夠察覺市場脈動,透過市場情報收集建立強大的人才網絡
  • 能夠在快速且動態的環境中工作
  • 有Power BI使用經驗佳
