【Job Description】- Facilitate annual performance management process, including objective-setting, appraisals, performance improvement plan, and related processes. Evolve those processes to meet the needs of the changing organization and environment.
- Implement and maintain the operation of health, labor, commercial and travel insurance, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payments.
- Handle and rolls out promotion program, including collecting and checking the data of talent, developing promotion report, and making a promotion announcement.
- Ensuring & process the maintenance of the retirement program, including the retirement intention survey, operation of retirement, and layoff issues.
- Assist HR projects and other relevant tasks assigned by the requirement of the organization
- Degree in any discipline, preferably with a strong academic background in the HR domain.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the operation of insurance or performance management projects.
- Proficient in MS Office and Office 365 applications. Familiarity with HR systems of SAP or Interinfo is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive personal data professionally.
- Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, strong analytical thinking, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and be nimble with a strong “can-do” attitude.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 推動年度績效管理流程,並適時調整使其滿足不斷變化的組織與環境需求,包含目標設定、績效評估、績效改善計畫等
- 負責健保、勞保以及旅遊保險等相關業務,確保其正確性和及時性
- 執行晉升相關事務,包含收集及核對資料、編制晉升報告、及發佈晉升公告等
- 執行退休相關事務,包含退休意願調查、退休流程執行、及資遣事項處理
- 其他主管交辦事項
- 不限科系,人力資源相關科系佳
- 至少2年員工保險業務處理及績效管理經驗
- 熟悉MS Office及Office 365的辦公處理軟體,有使用SAP或Interinfo等HR系統經驗者佳
- 能夠以專業的態度處理員工敏感性資料
- 具團隊精神,有良好的書寫和口語表達能力
- 注重細節,問題處理和分析與組織能力佳
- 英文說寫流利
