DescriptionAmazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to support New Seller Recruitment team to drive Taiwan-based 3rd party seller development in Amazon marketplaces.
Onboarding specialist will be responsible for supporting sales team on executing onboarding tasks for newly recruited sellers to drive high quality launches. Main functions include listing creation & optimization, account trouble shooting, and working with cross functional teams to identify seller account development opportunities. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about discovering and solving complicated problems, possessing exceptional skills in project management and data reporting. Passionate about Ecommerce is a must while interested in cross border trade empowers you to be part of Earth’s most customer-centric company and contributes to TW sellers continued development on Amazon.com around the world.
Key job responsibilities
- Independently own seller listing project to help new sellers create high-quality product pages/listing on Amazon marketplaces.
- Identify seller listing issues and troubleshoot by working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Resolve seller’s pain point before registration
- 2+ years sales/account management or project management background
- Strong analytical ability and skilled in Excel.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
- Capable to own report generation process though use of tools and programing techniques
- Language skills – ability to communicate (written and spoken) in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Experiences in cross-border e-commerce
- Experiences in managing external customers and developing sales materials
