[Summary]

1. Conduct the general office management duty, such like the office related budget plan and control, office administration related agreement negotiate and review, office space organization and plan…etc.

2. Compiled and implement rule and regulation of the administrative affairs, such like environmental utility control plan, office facility and service improving plan…etc.

3. Assist the APEC office bases, including office space leasing, decoration design projects, negotiation and signing with property management companies, supervising the management of office environment, equipment maintenance and quality…etc.

[Essential Duties and Responsibilities]

1. The coordination capability to external and internal party.

2. Good number’s logical ability to control the office related expenses and budget control.

3. Has concept of occupational safety and hygiene.

4. Has general concept of ISO management system.

[Qualifications]

1. English communication skill is must.

2. Office: Word, Excel …etc. relate skill is must.

3. Have certificate of occupational safety and hygiene staff is plus.
