Summary:

Supermicro is looking for an extraordinary Director/Sr. Director of ODM to architect and build an ODM team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams and provide direction and guidance to ODM core team. You will partner with customers and 3rd party vendors to grow our business. You will lay out ODM operation roadmap and its processes tailor to Supermicro and our target customers. This senior position will be based in our regional headquarters in Bade, Taiwan.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership leading internal functional technical teams.

• Provide business leadership leading supply chain, cost, and product teams.

• Architect the "best fit" operation model for a true ODM business operation.

• Manage internal stakeholder expectations and partner expectation according to the ODM business operation you designed.

• Hire, train, lead individuals and team, set all-level KPIs align with corporate goals.

• Work with customers and 3rd party vendors closely to achieve program objectives.

• Hands-on daily operation and mitigate program risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in engineering, science, or business is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of directly related experiences in ODM type IT industry leading a team.

• Experience in x86 servers industry, the ecosystem, the market and trend.

• Proven solid experience in leading tier one ODM team executing projects along with customers/partners.

• Proven execution, leadership and inter-personal skills that beyond hard skills to get the job done.

• Polished communications (written and verbal) and deep ODM project management skills working with overseas team and international clients.​
