To ensure sales targets are achieved and to liaise with Marketing to ensure short and long term sales strategies are applied by the sales team to ultimately achieve expected business results.

Main Responsibilities As Below
  • Implement strategy for target accounts assigned and build relationship with key decision makers and secure tender items
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients while maintaining existing business.
  • Drive HCP recommendation in responsible accounts
  • Elevate feedback from customer; execute daily call plan and complete daily call report; provide suggestion/action and further follow up.
  • Manages and develops customer relationship to create both customer’s & company’s maximum benefit
  • Make sure optimized resource utilization in and across Ethical Sales teams
  • Development and implementation of processes to manage tender and any pricing contract program
  • Response to marketing department for competitors pricing relating information
  • Analysis and reporting accounts performance
  • Coordinate with Rotation & Selection Team to ensure achieving total Ethical business goals
Qualification And Other Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in life science or business related subject; equivalent MBA an advantage
  • Experience on Tender/Contract Management, KOLs Management and speaker Development
  • More than 2 years sales experiences in pharmaceutical industry.
  • A detailed understanding of the commercial principles underpinning the pharmaceutical market.
  • Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
