NCR, Foundry Yield Management Engineer

• Support Held Lot Disposition.
• Manage overall frontend process yield and sort to achieve process and product yield.
• Monitor process performance using process control monitor (PCM)/Electrical Test and in-line data.
• Monitor Fab Defect performance and implement CIP/BKM to improve baseline yield.
• Perform wafer scrap analysis, identify root causes and co-work with external and internal team for improvements/containment.
• Conduct Design of Experiment (DOE) to optimize or define process conditions or windows.
• Support NPI(New Product Introduction) to Production transfer.

What are we looking for?

• Min. a bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Detail orientated with good written and fluent verbal communication skill by both English and Mandarin.
• Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills.
