Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Manager to join our based in 台北市內湖區堤頂大道二段301號
As The National Sales Manager, You Will
- Develop & execute country sales plan in line with country budget.
- Personally engage key customers to drive growth and assume ownership for a limited portfolio of accounts.
- Drive growth by ensuring appropriate collaboration within Sales and across product functions and branch/country level.
- Hold weekly/monthly performance review meeting with sales team using global standard reports to discuss and actions; sales achievement, pipeline, number of quotation, hit ratio, data quality, visit, up-trading, down trading, loss-making, new gained, global/regional initiative progress such as; regional top-10 and bilateral customer.
- Build key contact and relationships within Toll Network. Ensure the business works together to align with One Toll strategy.
- Act as primary Sales contact for regional sales organization & key network partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- With 10 years & above working experience as Sales related roles in industry, and 5 years & above working experience as people manager.
- Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and negotiation skill.
- Proven team orientation driven and reginal/ global business cooperation.
- Demonstrate a mastery of forwarder / carrier business operation.
