The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Merchandising Specialist to be part of ourRetail Benetton & Sisley team in Taipei, Taiwan. You will collaborate with the launch of seasonal collections to meet both sales requirements and Taiwanese market demands.

In this role, your key activities are:

• Analyze sales performance and maintain store inventory to support the Operations team and to achieve company sales target.
• Arrange seasonal product training and periodically mix & match styling tips to store staff.
• Coordinate with visual merchandiser to establish brand image and seasonal concept.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensurethe shipment is on schedule to meet seasonal launch plan.
• Work closely with the marketing department to discuss advertising requirements and campaigns.
• Conduct and coordinate analysis reports.

The profile:

• Educational background Economics / Marketing / Business Management or similar.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a fashion merchandiser.
• Great English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Advanced skillset in MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends and market insights.
