【Job Description工作內容】

1.Develop the international collaboration on medical device evaluation and technology.

2.Study the development of technologies and regulations regarding AI/ML- Based Software as Medical Device and Digital Health.

3.Conduct medical device human factor/usability engineering (HF/UE) testing and assessment.

【Job Requirements資格條件】

1. Master or doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Bioinformatics Engineering or Information Engineering, etc.

2. Experiences in medical device safety and performance evaluation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity security, or usability.

3. Excellent organizational, communication, planning, and project management skills with enthusiasm for medical device evaluation.

4.Excellent English reading, writing, presentation and communication. (English test certificate equivalent to Global English Level 6/TOEIC 785 or above is required)

1. 國內外各大學電機、資工、生物資訊學、應用數學、工業工程、生醫、生科相關科系之研究所畢業。獲得博士學位者尤佳

2. 曾從事醫療器材安全功效評估、人工智慧、網路安全、可用性等相關工作或研究經驗者尤佳

3. 具溝通協調、計畫申請、規劃、簡報及管理能力，對醫療科技與器材評估有熱誠者

4.中英文聽說讀寫能力優，請檢附相當於TOEIC 785分(Global English Level 7 )以上之英語測驗成績證明

【About Center for Measurement Standards關於量測中心】

"Metrology for Quality, Standards for Harmonization” is the Center for Measurement Standards’ motto. The basic mission of the Center from the beginning has been to establish and maintain the national measurement standards. Based on the experiences and capabilities accumulated over the years with the primary standards conforming to the world’s, the Center keeps on doing R&D on instrumentation and sensing, smart sensing, medical device evaluation, and energy and environment metrology. The core technologies of those fields are developed to help the industry win in the international market competition with advanced technology and quality assurance.

量測技術發展中心起源於中央標準局（現標準檢驗局）代表經濟部與工研院簽約，委託工研院執行「度量衡儀器檢校專案」，工研院因而設立「度量衡儀器檢校中心」，後來更名為「量測技術發展中心」。

「量測致品質、標準齊遠近」是量測技術與發展中心一直以來的信念，意即精準的「量測」是品質的基礎，而「標準」則是放諸四海皆準的指標。量測技術與發展中心的主要任務在建立與維持國家量測標準、精密儀器檢測與感測技術的研究與發展、前瞻微型感測技術、醫療器材驗證、能源與環境計量的研究與發展等；更積極以此根基落實於產業，如國際產業標準、影像顯示產業標準、平面顯示器檢測技術等，讓國內半導體業者在國際間更具領導優勢；在儀器產業發展上，則聚焦在微／奈米檢測及自動光學檢測，提供共通性技術互動平台，協助創造自有品牌與市場。
