Job Id: 22559488The Marketing Product Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team.The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.Responsibilities:- Partner with Product Management in monitoring strategic marketing programs, strategic program roadmaps, program development, program/product launches, and program marketing to gain maximum benefit from each program/product and deliver on client value propositions
- Deploy profitable marketing strategies, implement key growth initiatives, and maintain current market intelligence on overall industry verticals and competitors
- Ensure successful execution against functional strategies for a business or product requiring coordination and integration across teams/business units, as well as execute marketing plan that spans product, brand, acquisition, customer, and retention to improve performance, brand preference, and client engagement
- Utilize specialty knowledge to review, analyze, and develop beyond existing solutions
- Contribute to day-to-day product marketing for core products including program delivery, client experience, and client communications strategy, as well as provide input into project plans and program affecting job family/function within a region/business
- Implement client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
- Collect client and competitor market research, develop a product innovation roadmap and assist Marketing Product Managers in overseeing all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and competitive field
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Relevant experience preferred
- Working knowledge of tools related to product management, program management, and marketing
- Knowledge of business and internal/external resources
- Ability to collaborate especially with internal/external partners on delivery of client-facing solutions
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to apply client mindset to shape solutions
- Ability to influence
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
