RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including social media coordination, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, brand partnerships, and public relations. The candidate will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet the company’s objectives.

• Brand Marketing: Drive initiatives that amplify the brand and associated brand KPIs to support the growth of the business, ensure that best in class media strategies are deployed and expand social media/digital and other outreach platforms
• Content: Create differentiating and impactful content,, ensure content is amplified across various platforms and the brand is brought to life through content marketing, with a view to driving accelerated results for brand awareness & consideration
• Growth Partnerships: Organize events & media exposure to effectively amplify the brand and leverage existing partnerships to develop co-branding activities to further amplify brand, ensure alignment of our sponsorship initiatives to our brand strategy and business objectives
• Influencer Partnerships: Oversee the development and implementation of all influencer campaigns from ideation to execution that resonate with our target audience, serve as a liaison between our brand ambassadors/ influencers and the marketing team
• Affiliate Marketing: Develop a comprehensive strategic affiliate plan with clear goals and objectives. Oversee the affiliate team to ensure high-quality performance. Focus on generating effective sales leads, tracking customer conversion, and streamlining promotional activities. Familiar with affiliate management platforms like Impact. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and affiliate marketing best practices to implement cutting-edge strategies.
• Project Management: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Content, PR, Design, Digital Marketing, Retention, Engineering stakeholders and more) to deliver first-class product marketing programs
• Reporting: Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities, analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Finance: Own an assigned marketing budget including Affiliate Programs P&L, analyze/ report on marketing KPIs, and set forecasts/expectations for sustainable growth

???? About you

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or equivalent hands-on experience considered
• 5 years of marketing experience, which includes at least 1 year of people management experience
• Previous US market marketing experience
• Previous experience managing athlete/ celebrity partnerships
• Strong excel and analytical skills - must be able to interpret raw data into meaningful insights and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders
• Start up, e-commerce and/or marketplace experience is a plus
• Candidates with less experience might be considered as Marketing Manager
