• Follow EHS policies & requirements during the production & plant
• Report EHS concern & incidents immediately
• Ensure all process and quality related SOPs are obeyed without bypass or violation
• Perform daily check on the process and equipment, especially prior to restart up
• Execute production tasks according to plan, and ensure no unexpected shutdown or delay
• Report quality issues and gaps immediately
• Report equipment’s failure and abnormal conditions immediately
• Operate equipment by following instructions with right tools
• Ensure no waste, no contamination of materials
• Ensure high awareness and good behavior on energy & consumables saving
• Keep continuously improvement concept with daily job
• Any assignment (job relative) from supervisor
• 在廠區及生產作業時，遵守環安衛政策與要求。
• 發現環安衛問題或事故時，能立即回報。
• 能確實遵守流程與品質相關的標準作業指導書。
• 能於每日生產前或復線開始生產前，進行製程或設備等相關點檢。
• 依據計畫執行生產任務，並確保沒有非預期的停機或延誤。
• 立即回報品質相關問題與差異問題。
• 立即回報設備的失效或異常狀況。
• 遵從標準作業指導書的步驟，使用正確工具進行作業或機台相關。
• 確保沒有材料的污染與浪費。
• 對能源、資源的節省，須保持靈敏的認知和良好的行為。
• 在每日的工作上，能維持持續改善的概念。
• 其他主管指派的工作任務或事項。
