• This position will lead quantitative risk analyses on Financial and Operational risks.
• Key initiatives will include but not limited to Group/TII stress testing, Solvency/capital monitoring, ORSA assessment & reporting, Insurance Product risk review, risk appetite and limits review and setting, and Operational Risk Assessment.
• Work with internal stakeholders including Group Risk, Local Actuarial, Investment and Finance teams to ensure the successful completion of Group/TII stress testing, ORSA assessment & reporting and other risk reporting
• Work cross functionally to ensure the successful completion of Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCA) and KRI/Incident reporting
• Provide independent risk opinion on financial, investment, product and operations related activities through regular interactions with internal key stakeholders as defined by AIA’s risk policy and local regulatory framework
• Oversee and improve existing risk metrics and processes (e.g. through process automation, enhance reporting templates, systems and controls)
