Primary Purpose

The e-Commerce DTC Channel Assistant Manager (Manager) will be responsible for Coach e-Commerce growth in local market, through direct to consumer digital ecommerce platforms (coach.com)

The role will be not only executing store activity plan, promotion strategy, coordinate projects and oversee daily operations to improve both financial results and consumer experience, but also she/he will work close with local Marketing team for improving digital User Experience cross all e-Commerce Channels including DTC brand site and future stores.

Key Roles And Responsibilities Will Include

[Operation]
  • Run DTC digital ecommerce platforms (coach.com) and identify opportunities in optimization.
  • Manage digital eCommerce platform operation management including creative and site decoration, online marketing, daily operation, ongoing maintenance, social platform recommendation (social commerce), internal and external e-commerce tool integration, IT & technical platform integration build up.
  • Work close with product and allocation team on managing DTC Channels inventory levels vs. sell through and ensure efficient fulfillment and great customer service.
  • Monitoring industry trends, best practice and competitor activity
[DTC E-Marketing]
  • Work very close with local marketing team and GC marketing team to deep understand GC mkt calendar and well adapted into coach.com with localization idea, products and activity.
  • Corporate with marketing team and monitor together performance mkt especially SEM and SEO. Always on optimization the landing page and user experience to maximum the performance mkt conversation and ROI.
[Analysis and Reporting]
  • Give support on weekly & monthly eCommerce business report, monthly dashboard and by campaign performance review deck
  • Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site performance, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs
  • Trace and secure the sales performance in line with financial target
[Partnership]
  • Visit and communicate with third-party business partners and agencies
  • Work close with local & GC marketing team to align on key mkt strategy and learn & look for opportunities of the best practice / case for localization on Coach.com
