In This Role, You Will Focus On The Following

MaxLinear is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting into the Supply Chain Operations, this position is responsible for overseeing functions which involves Logistics management activities for domestic and international shipments. To provide 2nd level (SME) support for System testing, training, KPI management of 3PL or sub-cons/vendors and validating shipping documentation when required. Managing month-end closing reconciliation or related activities, reporting and supplier communications. Provide support when required and any other assigned tasks by the Supervisor or Manager.

• Familiar with fabless semiconductor supply chain functions
• Coordinate between 3PL warehouse, internal CS and supply chain team to fulfill customer shipments, sample orders and RMA arrangements
• Coordinate and support critical drop-shipment activities with sub-contractors
• Perform validation and PC-based system receiving when applicable
• Preparations of delivery document pick list and related shipping documentation
• Maintain proper document trails to support auditing requirements for all shipments, both import & export
• Assist in inventory management, cycle count and batch integrity maintenance
• Support System Projects and Transitional activities for Company
• Review aged inventory, work with supply chain, Subcon and 3PL forwarder to dispose aged inventory
• Support and generate logistics reports
• Responsible & provide support activities associated with the personnel in the respective department/s and all the commodities that being shipped. Duties include making sure all Maxlinear shipments are processed and shipped to the correct destination
• Perform verifications on shipping documentation, providing logistical advice on freight related matters and maintenance of good record keeping of Trade documentation pertaining to the Company
• Coordination with International and Domestic Carriers/Couriers and monitoring of all shipments both Customer and non-Customer related (sub-con & supplier shipment within Maxlinear WW sites)
• Perform Freight Bill Auditing which is verification, coding and approval of Freight/ Brokerage Invoices & charges related. Work / coordinate with internal and external parties related to Freight related billings
• Responsible for Trade Filing, documentation, coordination with Carriers/Couriers/ Local vendors to ensure weekly/monthly reporting is done with completeness and accuracy of information
• Responsible for consolidating reports perform reconciliation activities related to Import / Export
• Responsible to generate month-end ship / freight summaries, analyze and highlight improvements or address issues if surfaced
• Other duties as assigned
• Proficient in PC skills, and experience in standard MS office applications
• Meticulous in work and team player
• Analytical, initiative, organized work habits and ability to adapt to operational needs
• Positive learning attitude and able to read and interpret Specifications
• Must possess Good communication skills both in written and oral
• Fluency in English is a must
• Being bilingual is an added advantage
• Experience in Warehousing, Import/Export logistics and in-depth knowledge of International freight management and familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP, AX, etc.) will be a plus
• Min Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline + 5 years of experience
• Related knowledge to Supply Chain & Logistics management will be an added advantage but not a must
