We are in search of a motivated and dynamic individual to join our prestigious client’s team as a Junior Scrum Master Intern. This remote internship is designed for those who are passionate about agile project management and are eager to develop their skills in a stimulating and supportive environment.

As a Junior Scrum Master Intern, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and guiding Scrum teams through the product development process. You will learn to effectively manage project timelines, resolve impediments, and promote an agile mindset among team members. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of Scrum methodologies and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Scrum Master in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help manage project timelines and ensure the team adheres to the agile framework.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address impediments and challenges.
• Support the continuous improvement of the team’s agile practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the principles of agile and Scrum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
