UNIQLO, Fast Retailing group, is driving global business transformation projects to transform our business format into a “Digital Consumer Retail Company” to provide new services to our customers, regardless of the framework of retail business. The Business Systems & IT Department, being at the very core of achieving our goals by not only promoting globalization, cloud migration, and mobilization using the leading-edge technology, is the proactive IT itself.

We are looking for an IT engineer to drive the transformation which provides new EC and store-EC-unified purchasing experiences by building up and introducing business systems in Taiwan, e.g. new O2O service/system.

■Overview of "Business Systems & IT"

The mission of Business Systems & IT Department is to define the "ideal" form of business from the customer’s perspective and to lead and realize business innovation using the latest IT technologies.

We are proceeding with the transformations in store, EC, IT infrastructure, automation and headquarter functions by resolving issues and collaborating with IT teams in our global headquarter.

We aim to provide smart purchasing experience to customers and comfortable in-store operation to the staff members through the following activities:

･Introducing the next generation checkout service/system

･Introducing next generation store systems (automation of store operations etc)

･Building up and introducing new EC and store-EC unified services

･Supporting and maintaining the environment where all store and headquarter members can work comfortably with the latest IT devices.

■Responsibilities

･Driving EC business using IT technology by closely communication with EC business department

･Project design and driving to achieve the business transformation(overall managements of stakeholder communication, schedule, cost, resource, risk, etc, and taking leadership beyond departments)

･Business and system requirement definition, test, training, deployment, operation support and entrenching.

･Identifying and reifying the business transformation theme by involving the actual PICs in business areas and the management team.

･Operation support based on the voices of customers and business users.

･Operation, maintenance and improvement of EC and warehouse related services/systems.

･Management and collaboration with our business partners.

■Required Qualifications

･Passion for UNIQLO business and IT technology, will to transform our EC business for customers in Taiwan, positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, pressure management and flexible thinking.

･Either of the following experiences for at least 5 years as a consultant in management, a consultant in business transformation, a system integrator or an IT member in business company etc.

- Experience related with business transformation or business process design for your company or clients.

- Experience related with project management, requirement definition, system design or operation support.

･Experience in EC or O2O/OMO area for at least 2 years.

･Skills of problem determination and resolving system trouble.

･Business communication skills in English.

■Preferred Qualifications

･Experience of project management beyond departments and countries globally.

･Experience in retail, manufacturing industry or food and beverage industry.

･Experience of automation technology such as RPA, Google Workspace, Excel macro etc.
