We’re looking for a sufficient IT solutions provider with commercial sense. [Your Role]

As a digital marketing IT Business Partner, the mission is to proactively develop, implement and ensure the sustainability of applications as enablers for business performance to ensure an optimal and sustainable IT service delivery that meets or exceeds the business expectations.

As a closed partner to the business, you will actively identify, leverage, and develop technology for digital solutions to support business consumer centric strategies to increase the sales revenue by reaching the right target consumers.

The key responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to:

BUSINESS PARTNERING
  • Partner with business to initiate, plan & deliver assigned IT projects in the commercial area of Digital, CRM and E-Commerce and data related, drive required business analyses & business transformation activities
  • Ability to define business process and multiple solution options to resolve business problems
INNOVATION ACTIVATION
  • Drive or support technology innovations within the digital domains for digital marketing, CRM and E-Commerce, etc.
  • Serve as expert and advisor in the topic areas of “Online/offline consumer service/engagement”, “Marketing Automation” and “CRM”
  • Ability to engage and lead project teams and service partners in the development and implementation of specific technology solutions that are aligned with the overall company strategies
GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT
  • Be the key SPOC between digital domain and the relevant key stakeholders in the business
IT COSTS, PROCUREMENT & CONTROLS
  • Assist with processing of actual costs as required within area of responsibility and tracks and ensures payment to local vendors
SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
  • Adhere to governance & compliance framework
  • Ensure the compliance of business with existing laws, regulations, IT global related security requirements
Other Key Responsibilities
  • Suppliers and solutions evaluation and selection.
  • Manage internal and external suppliers and other resources to ensure sustainable and reliable quality of services
Requirement

[Essential]
  • BS degree in Computer Sciences or similar
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experiences in data and digital marketing area
  • Familiar with Azure Cloud platform and related services such as Azure Blob Store, Azure Analysis Service, etc.
  • Familiar with social media/platform such as FB, Google, Line, DMP/CDP, creative management DCO, Google Analytics, etc.
[Desirable]
  • Degree of similar qualification, proven track record in delivery of IT projects in similar industry and similar application landscape
  • Familiar with Adobe AEM product related experiences would be a plus
