About The Job

It’s an exciting time to join Nordic Semiconductor as we continue our rapid growth with dedicated colleagues worldwide.  We are now looking for a self-driven and highly motivated team player to be an Inventory Specialist in the Operations group under Supply Chain department. The main target of this role is to ensure integrity and accuracy of inventory through internal and external coordination with relevant organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily execute Inventory Management activities in ERP system
• Monitor inventory B2B transaction
• Execute inventory transaction movement and deduction
• Periodically execute inventory reconciliation and adjustment
• Ensure proper execution of Quarantine and Scrap events at 3rd Party Logistics
• Provide support to Sales on inquiries relevant to inventory discrepancies and shipment tracking
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
• At least 1-2 year’s experiences from semiconductor industry supply chain related
• Excellent with Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skill in English
• Ability to engage in a multicultural, cross-functional team towards desired outcome
