ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴏɴ

• The position holder is to collaborate with Strategic Business Group HRBP to be trusted partners of Business Group teams and is responsible for assigned groups’ or departments’ full spectrum of HR functional operation, including recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, safety and security, labor legislation and other HR matters that aligns with Corporate policies and values. Advise management of all such matters and keep good employee relationship at all time

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

• Manage and execute HR full function initiatives in quality and achieve the designed purposes
• Work with HR functional (COE) teams to enhance HR initiative implementation and operation excellence
• Facilitate conversations, meetings and workshops related talent development, performance development, employees or HR related initiatives roll-out, etc. with HRBP’s assistance
• Provide analysis, advises or insights to management team to assist HR related decision making, operation management, people management, talent development, etc.
• Provide HR services to all staff and ensure understanding of HR policies and procedures, maintain good labor relations, provide counselling services, alert management for any employee issues
• Initiate and execute employee engagement activities align with corporate culture and philosophy

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs

• Bachelor degree from a recognized university
• At least 10 years of HR professional experience in CoE and HRBP/Generalist
• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• HR Domain Knowledge, L&D or HRD is a plus
• People savvy
• Is humble and agile to learning
• Attention to details and numbers
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint
