Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the company and specific business units
  • Drive active sourcing channels, including employee referrals, LinkedIn hunters, and campus recruitment
  • Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial hiring needs discussions to offer negotiations and successful onboarding
  • Handle and analyze recruitment data, including headcount reports and statistics
  • Prioritize continuous improvement initiatives, such as enhancing hiring managers’ interview skills
  • Serve as a dedicated HR business operations partner for assigned business units
  • Manage the Foreign Assignment process, ensuring readiness and logistical coordination
  • Oversee the eRecruiting and onboarding platform utilizing HRIS system
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams on key areas such as staffing, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations
  • Successfully deliver HR projects that align with organizational goals
The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, ideally in a multinational company or complex organizational structure
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels and ability to drive active recruitment strategies
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruiting process efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Proficient in handling recruitment data and generating meaningful reports for analysis and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
  • Experience with eRecruiting and onboarding platforms, preferably with proficiency in HRIS
  • A solid understanding of HR operations, including staffing, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations
  • Flexibility and adaptability to provide support across a range of HR functions as needed.
