The Role
We are currently hiring an Human Resources Specialist to join Entegris Human Resources team and be responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving any human resource issues as required with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment. This HR Specialist will play a key role in aligning the Human Resources strategy to Entegris business goals.
In the role you will
- Work with HR COE team and HR leader to develop Entegris employee engagement related events.
- Facilitating conversations, meetings and workshops relating to HR activities, e.g. Town Hall Meeting and Council of Labor-Management, etc.
- Initiating and executing employee engagement activities align with corporate culture and philosophy, including Teambuilding, Employee Networks.
- Work with the corporate COE team to conduct global employee assistance programs and employee survey project.
- Cooperate with nurses to own the Employee Network project and employee health and well-being program.
- Be responsible for employee recognition program from planning to execution.
- Provide management-employee relation advisory services on matters involving complaints of harassment and related workplace topics.
- Partner with COE team on in-house soft skills training.
- Plan and implement other HR-related projects and ad-hoc tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business or related field.
- Experience in employee relations or labor relations is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to recognize erroneous data or information.
- Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel and Power Point
