Responsibilities:
1. Work with the payroll vendor and commit to payroll accuracy.
2. Manage employee on-boarding/termination process and maintain updated employee records in HR system.
3. Support organizational changes with a focus on handling system related transaction processing.
4. Provide Workday/Leave System related transaction support and troubleshooting for cases escalated from HRBPs.
5. Maintain HR portal and Workday employee data.
6. Provide reporting & analysis support, audit and compliance support.
7. Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
8. Ensures non-compliant items are escalated as appropriate.
Desired qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field with an average 2 years of HR experience; having payroll experience will be a plus.
2. Basic knowledge in NHI, LI and common personnel regulations.
3. Pay attention to details, good at figures.
4. Care about accuracy and have good sense for sensitive data/information.
5. Enjoy helping others and communication.
6. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
7. Intermediate English writing skills.
8. Having some other specific skills that are likely to bring in differences to the team will be a plus.
