Responsibility
The purpose of the role is to support Lilly Taiwan Affiliate to implement and execute advanced people strategy in employment relations and talent acquisitions, and win with integrity, excellence and respect for people.
As an HR Manager at Lilly, you are expected to be a trusted and valued partner to people around, collaborate with business leaders to identify, attract and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce where all employees feel welcomed, respected, heard, and valued.
As an HR Manager at Lilly, your responsibilities may include but not limited to;
Talent Acquisitions
- Manage and enhance talent acquisitions strategy and processes through full cycle of recruitment.
- Partner with business leaders to understand the hiring expectations and provide insightful suggestions to help with making hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with HR operations and responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including HCM management, job ads management, candidate selection process, talent identification, offering process and onboarding.
- Responsible for vendor management including contingent worker partners and recruitment agencies.
- Involve in talent development program as business partner to support internal talent pipeline development.
- Enhance and manage referral program and related HR procedures.
- Lead process of creation, alignment and improvement of HR policies and processes to support employee engagement enhancement throughout the Talent Life Cycle (e.g. On-boarding through Exiting)
- Advise, coach and mediate on HR-related matters with employees and managers. Support supervisors to address personnel or organizational challenges and opportunities ( ex: Engagement, Performance Improvement Plan and Disciplinary Action)
- Effectively investigate, document, and provide guidance consistent within internal disciplinary policy and procedures.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business related focus
- 5+ year experience in a HR role, Employee Relations or Talent Acquisition is a plus
- Experience of advising on complicated Employee Relations issues is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills including Influencing and coaching skills
- Being an enthusiastic team player with strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
- Master’s degree in organizational behavior or related field
