• Act as full function HR role (leading a HR team) with strategic and tactical interventions which support company in achieving global business goals.
• Work as executive management team, supervise and lead HR team, establishing a framework for international employment contracts and advises company about relevant problems.
• Provide strategic and functional HR Management support to C level, business, and function leaders for the achievement of the overall firm business objectives.
• Collaborate with counterparts in group to develop and assist the implementation of global work projects and HR systems for all locations on host-country labor law and legal issues.
• Partners with HR colleagues in all locations to ensure customization of best practices that meets both regional/local needs along with effective implementation.
• Build organizational capability to meet the needs of the business; functional talent development needs, including successor plain, talent acquisition, organization planning, performance review.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience with at least 8 years of managing a Human Resources team, covering, or rotating full functions.
• Previously worked with C level and functional leaders, built strong commercial relationships, and driven an HR strategy.
• Started from scratch or initiative in new business plus regional exposure is recommended.
• Fluent in English both oral and written. Native in Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
