Our Materials Analysis group, consisting of the Asylum Research, Magnetic Resonance, NanoAnalysis and WITec business units, combines products and solutions to support a broad range of end markets and application segments for all our customers’ materials analysis needs. The product portfolio within the Material Analysis group will enable our customers to address some of the world’s most pressing sustainability challenges by using our products and services to analyse and characterise materials – chemistry, structure and many physical properties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Relentlessly drive growth in new customer acquisition programs through innovative strategy and execution.
  • Develop and lead the ESEA Marketing Strategy aligned to our business units, markets, segments, customer personas and strategic direction.
  • Develop, execute and report on lead generation campaigns across channels: social, content syndication, list acquisition, email, lead nurturing, partner marketing, and more.
  • Develop, implement, and execute local integrated field marketing campaigns, involving email marketing, direct mail marketing and other channels as required.
  • Assist regional sales teams in increasing brand awareness regionally and driving leads and opportunities for the Americas sales region.
  • Manage account-based marketing activities, in partnership with sales, including identifying target accounts, developing strategy, executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to the local marketing team, ensuring the tools and infrastructure are available to stay current and innovative in our use of digital and future marketing techniques.
  • Monitor local industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and execute the local plans and budget of field marketing activities across all business units and review each in line with ROI.
  • Ensure that marketing events, including conferences, and activities are coherent and consistent, presenting Oxford Instruments as one Company focused on Customer solutions.
  • Work with the marketing team and relevant functions to provide guidance and support on delivering best in-class local lead generation in line with the business and Oxford Instruments strategy.
  • Recommend website improvements to support demand generation plans. Optimize web experience through analytics and A/B testing.
  • Provide marketing guidance and tactical sales enablement support for the Sales and Service functions.
  • Ensure all local marketing collateral delivery maintains a high brand standard in the local territory.
  • Ensure all lead generation activities are tracked through the CRM system for end-to-end lead tracking and ROI measurement.
  • Conduct post-even and campaign evaluations and ROI analysis, reporting and sharing results and recommendations with key stakeholders.
Education/ Qualifications:
  • A relevant technical degree with MBA or Marketing qualification,
  • In depth experience of relevant technologies, customers and market with proven capavility through performance metrics to show impact of strategy marketing ability.
  • Proven experience of a strategic marketing across the ESEA region ( Korea, Taiwan, SEA and Oceania).

  • Marketing strategy development experience -integrated market and products.
  • Ability to lead, influece and work with stakeholders across a diverser business and customer base.
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments.
  • Strong market knowledge and insight.
  • Highly developed business and commercial skills.
  • Highly developed digital marketing skills and knowledge
  • Experience of leading, developing and motivating a team
  • Previous relevant Product Managemetn or Sales expreience is advantageous,
  • Experience managing media relations ( online, broadcast and print ).
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.

  • Builds effective working relationships both internally and externally across all parts of the business Scientific backgound or knowledge of the scientific market ( perfrerable).
