Global Trainee Program – Operations/ Sales & Marketing, Nefab Taiwan

Nefab Group is on a sustainable growth journey, and we are looking for high-potential people to succeed. We offer a recent graduate with the ambition to work in a global organization the opportunity to join our Global Trainee Program.

Our Global Trainee program, which starts on August 19th 2024, is designed to give your career within the Nefab Group a kick-start and enable you to quickly contribute to our goals and success. The 10-month program starts with a broad introduction at Nefab’s headquarters and other key locations in Sweden. You will be involved in challenging projects, work close to our top management and gain knowledge about Nefab’s logistics and packaging solutions. Back at your base location you will get a thorough introduction to a defined function based on your profile and strengths.

As part of our Global Trainee Program, you will also gain a deeper cross-cultural experience through a 2-3-month international assignment in one of Nefab’ s key locations in the Americas, EMEA or APAC.

Throughout the program, you will be supported by one of our experienced mentors, your direct manager and of course, a network of other trainees.

After you graduate from the program in June 2025, you will continue to be part of operations team OR sales & marketing team in Taiwan North, based in Pingzhen, Taoyuan. You will be responsible for either operations improvement projects, including logistic optimization, business analysis, sourcing strategy reporting, warehouse capacity planning and ensuring a strong JIT (Just In Time) methodology; OR involving in sales & marketing activities including NPI, project management, marketing campaigns and collaborate with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Regardless of your position, you will, through close collaboration with other departments and colleagues across the world, provide value to our global customers and ensure that specific targets are reached.

As a Global Trainee at Nefab, you will help us to achieve our mission ofSaving resources in supply chains for a better tomorrow and help our local and global customers in Advanced Tech or other industries like Telecom, Energy or Automotive.

Your profile

• University degree (minimum Bachelor), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain management OR in Business or Marketing.
• Logistics / supply chain experience OR sales & marketing related is a strong asset.
• Technical interest in and understanding of manufacturing processes and facilities.
• A real team player with strong collaboration and networking skills.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated and setting the bar high.
• Strong presentation skills and persuasive.
• Strategic and growth mindset, creative problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Self-directed, being able to formulate activities and direction, and work independently to deliver results.
• Great adaptability and flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written/verbally).
• Other languages are considered a plus.
• International experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent MS office skills and good at analysis.
