• Be responsible to the particular support functions for the products/tasks being assigned by the supervisor/manager under FX Processing scopes
• Manage all the post-trade life cycle events to ensure all events are properly recorded in all the associated downstream systems
• To ensure daily trades are processing smoothly and accurately from F2B
• To perform appropriate operational controls according to the SOP within Global Market Ops
• Bring Direct Contribution to BNPP Operational permanent control framework
• Minimize Operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping to devise and by implementing sufficient regular controls
• To arrange appropriate funding and earmarking with ALM Treasury to ensure smooth settlement without any funding issues
• To perform appropriate confirmation with onshore counterparties according to regulatory requirement and facilitate smooth settlement
• To perform appropriate controls to ensure the drafting quality(i.e Maker and Checker Role for 4 eyes checking)
• Regulatory Reporting: To produce all required periodical regulatory reporting in timely manner and ensure the accuracy of all these reporting
• Be responsible to send timely Trade Confirmation/Monthly Statement to all concerned Onshore counterparties depends on product types
