Job Mission:
Digital marketing expert, especially paid media and CRM marketing
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and measure the success of our online digital media activities. This position will be heavily involved in the operations of branding and performance campaigns of multiple digital paid media platforms, including, but not limited to, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitters Ads and The Trade Desk DSP solution. Responsibilities include the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaign results across the VIVE/ HTC global websites.
Digital Media Campaign Strategy and Execution (B2B/ B2C)
• Identifying objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies
• Benchmarking performance across digital media channels and advising on measurement KPIs
• Create campaigns and manage multiple digital advertising media accounts of different platforms across multiple global markets
• Using methodical performance analysis to optimize campaign strategies and performance
• Research and identifying potential of new innovative methodologies and tools that may be used to optimize digital media strategy and execution
• DSP platform expert
CRM Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution and Project Management (B2B/ B2C)
• Marketo platform expert
• Develop/ execute global digital CRM plan
• CRM journey planning
• Marketo platform operation & analysis and optimization to provide ultimate CRM experience
• Identify, analyze and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes
Digital Marketing Reporting and Analysis
• Reporting on key campaign metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available media and analytics data
• Performing ROAS/ ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different digital marketing campaigns
• Analyzing the effect of multiple digital media channels have on each other and develop and implement innovative strategies for improvement and performance growth
• Deliver campaign performance analysis reports via excel/ Power BI and presentations to stakeholders among different global regions.
• Data management/market trend observations
• Keep track on paid media and CRM activities and animation in the markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience in digital marketing, paid media buying and CRM marketing experience.
•B2B digital marketing experience is preferred
•Familiar with media advertising platform and need to have the practical experience for operate these relevant platforms.
•Familiar with The Trade Desk or any DSP platforms
•Experiences with Marketo platforms
•Extensive program management experience
•Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead and manage projects proactively
•Attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
•Strong analytical abilities, including analyzing data and drawing insights
•Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel for producing reports and presentations
•Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
•Ability to research, troubleshoot potential issues and articulate problems with internal groups.
•Prior experience in the consumer electronics and mobile phone and VR industry is a plus.
