What You’ll Be Doing…

Coordinate the company’s effort in its remittance license applications in various jurisdictions globally, which includes:

• Research each country’s remittance license requirements and related application procedures and devise plans and timelines for each application.
• Work with local professionals and internal stakeholders to prepare all required information and compile all documentation for the applications.
• Determine what infrastructures are necessary for obtaining the remittance licenses and execute on such plans with support from the relevant business function, e.g., formation for local subsidiary or branch offices, opening bank accounts, other regulatory registrations, HR related requirements, opening offices, etc.
• Monitor the remittance license application process. Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate and expedite such process.
• Liaise between relevant internal stakeholders and the regulators during the application process to ensure swift response to all regulatory inquiries.
• Update relevant internal stakeholders and management on a regular basis with respect to the application process.
• Coordinate between relevant internal stakeholders post application approval to ensure smooth transition to the business plan execution team.

What We’re Looking For…

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or familiarity with regulatory analysis.
• Strong project management skills with and the ability to prioritize daily and long term tasks under tight timelines.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English skills in speaking and in writing is required.
• Strong communication skills verbally and in writing.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with different business functions internally.
• Able to accommodate business needs in various time zones across the globe.
