About Our Client

Our client is a world wide entertainment company with a ling history in the Taiwan market.

Job Description

• Implement financial planning and analysis activities to drive the business performance and support business development, including revenue and cost analysis, working capital and capex control, cash flow analysis and operational efficiency assessment.
• Establish solid understanding and analysis of business performance benchmarking of the market players.
• Provide commentary in explaining Streamline and improve efficiency and accuracy of assumptions for financial planning.
• Support annual budgeting process by conducting operational and financial analysis, assembling and summarizing data, and giving support to the markets in efficiency and profitability assessment
• Support monthly end close and reporting packaging by analyzing monthly financial results, understand and explain primary drivers of variances from budget/ forecast / LY
• Build collaboration and drive effective communication partnering with business owners of the markets and functional teams across the region, for the purpose of achieving the business efficiency and success.
• Work closely with front line business to provide latest Managerial reporting to Internal and external stakeholders as required
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a renowned university or Master degree
• At least 8 years experiences in accounting and commercial finance, HFM / SAP cloud / Big 4 experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen with ability to see big picture with an analytical and forward-looking mind set to problem solving and thinking outside the box
• Open-minded team player with strong ownership and can do attitude
• Excellent business partnering and project management skills as an individual contributor; and strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in verbal and written English
• Proficient in computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
