Job Id: 22600791The Personal Banker is an entry level position responsible for the assistance in the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients.Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service care and service to individuals
• Attract and retain new customers by promoting financial products and services (e.g. account profiles, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, investments) and cross-selling
• Offer value to customers by determining needs and providing financial advice through branch sales or client visits
• Promote financial products as account profiles, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, investments, among other products and services of digital banking
• Guarantee ethical and responsible results with adherence to the processes requested
• Perform administrative functions such as the integration of complete files and sending daily report of sales
• Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in sales of financial products
• Proficient with Microsoft office
• Favorable credit history preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.Citi has entered into an agreement with DBS to acquire its consumer bank in Taiwan which includes credit cards, loans, retail banking, and wealth management. The sale is expected to complete in July 2023 .
