• Manage and coach Engineers to ensure consistent performance of the team.
• Driving the design team to make sure the project always meet or exceed daily requirement.
• To manage internal/external resources, design/schedule issues activities.
• Advise customer on hardware requirements to realize loadboard/module design projects
• Manage customer expectations by quick, clear and accurate delivery of pro-active action, information and responses to customer.
• Follow-up and ensure timely closure of all customer complaint.
• Possess strong leadership. Minimum 5 years of experience in field application/design engineering role.
• Able to integrate and drive cross-functional resources to achieve results.
• Gather and understand customer requirements. Verify whether the information is enough to initiate a design project.
• Assess and estimate the hardware design project’s schedule, cost, and feasibility.
  

• BS/MS in EE is preferred
• 5 years or more related working experience
• Requires strong English and Chinese communication skills for technical discussions in verbal and written form. Able to communicate with suppliers, customers, and other designer team around the world.
• Has a good working attitude and can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes
• Needs to be able to multitask between multiple projects daily
