Key responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Lead the Field Applications team and establish SOP for process commissioning and troubleshooting to meet the
requirements of mass production customers .
  • Process Acceptance: Shorten the process acceptance days to meet the target schedule .
  • Process orders and revenue: Boost process billable service / training orders and revenue .
  • Lateral Support: Collect mass production tools performance, e.g. MTBC/MWBC, uptime, thru-put, yield performacne to support the tools sales
and CIP upgrades.

Education/ Qualifications:
  • A relevant science or engineering major with above BA degree
  • At least 8 years Etch/ CVD/ALD/PVD mass production process expreience in the semiconductor or compound semiconductor industries
Professional Skills/ Abilities:

Abilities:
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English and Chinese
  • Proven management experience on the process team of equal or above 5.
Skills: Mass production etch and /or deposition experience, if possess below three porcesses capability, that will be better
  • Etch: ICP and RIE
  • Ion Beam ( Deposition and/ or Etch )
  • Deposition: PECVD, ICPCVD and ALD
Personal Qualities:
  • Plans and executes effectively in order to meet business objectives
  • Good time management and execution to maximize effects
  • Highly innovative and good lateral thinking skills for process leadership and continuous imporvement process
  • Willing to take on responsibility and accountability
  • Willing to travel frequently i.e. 50%
  • Demonstrate and transfer hands-on process experience to the process team
