Imagine a future where you manage operational and strategic responsibility for the facilities management in our Operations and Maintenance Building

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for hard and soft FM services across offices, warehouses, and external site areas within the portfolio, and to ensure optimum operational efficiency of our sites. Here, you’ll play a role in enabling GREWM performance management to help focus our time, costs, knowledge, and know-how correctly, so that we better understand cost, quality, and service trade-offs and solutions.

You’ll be part of Facility Management where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of a diverse FM team based across Global, as key team members of our organisation in Taichung, comprising of approx. 100 employees. You’ll be supporting the local business units and working closely with the contractor to ensure productive and sustainable workplaces that are fit-for-purpose and provide excellent service delivery.

You’ll play an important role in:
  • managing all corporate FM functions, incl. hard and soft services, front of house, cleaning, hospitality, security, and catering
  • facilitating and setting to work activities and contractors, incl. safety documentation reviews and site inductions
  • managing all building service and supply contracts to ensure all work is correctly scheduled and carried out in a safe and effective manner
  • contributing to the development and implementation of operational planning for the facilities
  • holding responsibility for vendor management and monitor suppliers against SLAs and KPIs, with an emphasis on cost saving, response times, and local content.
To succeed in the role, you:
  • have previous experience from a facilities management or a team lead role
  • possess strong communication, relationship building, contractor management, and project management skills
  • are structured, organized, and able to work as part of a global FM organization
  • have advanced knowledge of HSE, statutory compliance, and permit to work systems
  • have a relevant degree and good technical understanding of building fabric, M&E systems, and PPM processes.
