In this project, you will complete 4 workouts by following along with an exercise instructor and completing each series of movements in parallel with video playback. To record video from either a mobile phone or smart tablet placed in a fixed location facing you while performing their exercises.

Requirements:

• Record workout videos by following along with an instructor.
• Smartphone or Tablet
• Mandarin speaker living in Taiwan
