YOUR MISSION:

Task 1: External Communication 30%

• Building PUMA’s awareness among potential employees and attracting top talent.
• Developing PUMA social media and other channels related to employer branding.
• Creating engaging content based on the talent strategy.
  
  

Task 2: Internal Communication 40%

• Developing and projecting company activities according to company’s core values and culture ( team building events、CSR activities……).
• Creating the employee value proposition.
• Developing Employee development & welfare activities.
• Employee-faced communications.
  
  

Task 3: As a CSR Coordinator 20%

• Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities.
• Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment.
• Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing.
• Conducting research into best practice.
• Writing and actioning a company’s social responsibility strategy.
  
  

Task 4: As a Communicator 10%

• To develop innovative communication and messaging that inform and strengthen the employee communication across region and functions, to create a wide array of communications tools including presentations, email newsletters, announcements, information sheets,
  
  

articles, videos, etc.

YOUR TALENT:

• At least 3 years related working experience
• Out-going person with strong communication skill
• Familiar with operations of social media
• Graphic & video editing ability
