Key Responsibilities
  • 員工餐廳(早午餐)管理, 宿舍及出差旅館管理
  • 禮券&禮品規劃、發放
  • 具企劃能力者優,需文筆流暢;協助各項公司員工關係活動企劃與執行承辦,如超過五千人之家庭日,跨區年度尾牙及各式區域性活動
  • 帳務管理:財務規劃、管理、維護與優化
  • 社團活動與特約商簽約管理
  • 福委會公告平台管理與維護
  • 一般行政業務及主管交辦事項
Qualifications
  • 學經歷:科系不拘;商業及企業管理相關佳,大學、碩士
  • 工作經驗三年以上, 人際溝通能力佳者 (intermediate )
  • 能獨立作業, 主動性與積極度高者
  • 熟悉Office 365 (如Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Word、Sharepoint、Forms)操作者佳。
  • 細心、負責、穩定性高、及具數字敏感度
