You will design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various decentralized application projects (decentralized finance, NFT, games and metaverse).This is a managerial role which also includes hands-on tech leadership on products.Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in hands-on development of large-scale applications
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• You have experience leading a team of more than 5 developers
• You can identify risks and create a contingency plan
• You are willing to mentor and coach junior developers
• You are passionate about writing well-crafted software
• You have a strong knowledge of automated testing, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• You master one or more programming languages including but not limited to JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, and Golang
• You have a good command of spoken and written English
