Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

Plan and implement the maintenance Chung-Li Mill’s Power Facilities running under normal & safety, maintain normal Power Support to assist productive M/Cs get maximize output rate.

Internal Customers

CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

• Primary clients included as follow: Design Department, Maintenance, productive department, Logistic Department and Q.C.
  

External Customers

• Energy Council, Taiwan Power Co. and Bureau of Re-construction.
  

Scope

Plan and implement the maintenance of Power Facilities to assist them running under normal & safety mode. Responsible to Manager of Maintenance directly. Identify Power Supply Systems to ensure any outage will be recovering in 2 hrs. The technique required by this job is as follow: the ability to analyze and solve problems completely, the ability to communicate orally and in writing, equipped with technical knowledge& skill for electric repair and maintenance.

Primary Challenge Is As Follow

Understand all of the productive flow in the factory. Understand all Electric Facilities in the factory. Provide challenges, encouragement, training, and development for maintenance personnel. Analyze the problems and propose the solutions in time.

Qualification/Education/Experience Required

• Must: university or college graduate or above with majoring in electric engineering.
• Wants: at least 2 years of PLC related experience, good at Micro Soft Office operate and fluent in English.
  

Principal Accountabilities

• Plan and implement Target of M/C Maintenance.
• Implement and arrangement annually job of safety.
• Implement Target of M/C Improvement.
• Implement inner training.
• Implement and modify M/C’s grade change and rebuild work.
• Implement Housekeeping policy to reach the object of zero mischief.
• Implement the maintenance of attachments
  

Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:

K-C will not provide support for relocation of the chosen candidate for this role, if necessary, relocation will be at the candidate’s own expense.

However, K-C will provide assistance and financial support to obtain immigration visas and work authorization for the chosen candidate, if needed.
